Responsibilities
- Design Future-Proof Architectures: Design and implement scalable, high-performance systems that anticipate future technological needs and integration points.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research and development projects exploring emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Neural Networks, and Distributed Ledger Systems.
- System Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of system design, from initial concept through to deployment, ensuring optimal latency and throughput.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Collaborate with C-level executives to define technical roadmaps that align with the company’s long-term vision for 2026.
- Talent Mentorship: Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all systems adhere to the highest standards of security, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, and data structures.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative architectural solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with a focus on rapid iteration and delivery.
