The Role:
You will be the technical lead for Project 2026, responsible for translating high-level business requirements into robust, scalable architectural blueprints. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Define the core architecture for Project 2026, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance across distributed systems.
- Lead the migration strategy from legacy systems to our next-gen cloud-native framework.
- Design security protocols and data governance frameworks to protect sensitive user data.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure best practices are followed.
- Collaborate with product managers to prioritize features that align with the 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
