Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum computing, neural interfaces, or decentralized systems
- Expertise in building scalable AI systems with proven impact at FAANG-scale companies
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms and error correction methodologies
- Experience with neuromorphic computing architectures and neural network optimization
- Track record of leading technical teams through 0-to-1 product development
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages (Q#, Quipper)
