Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for the next 3-5 years, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- AI System Design: Design complex, large-scale distributed systems for advanced machine learning models and agentic AI workflows.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives into emerging technologies, including Neuromorphic computing and edge AI.
- Technical Mentorship: Lead a team of senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to translate technical requirements into business value.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural designs adhere to the highest standards of data security and privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role within a high-tech environment.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI Expertise: Proven track record of implementing Large Language Models (LLMs) or reinforcement learning systems.
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to identify emerging trends and integrate them into product development cycles.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
