Qualifications
- 10+ years in systems architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade neural networks or distributed systems
- Expertise in ethical AI governance and sustainable tech lifecycle management
