Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms on superconducting qubit platforms
- Optimize quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum-classical hybrid workflows
- Develop simulation frameworks for quantum hardware validation
- Lead research initiatives in topological quantum computing
- Publish findings in IEEE Transactions on Quantum Engineering
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics/Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit frameworks
- Published research in quantum information theory
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems (4K environments)
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
- Track record of open-source contributions to quantum libraries
