Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or product development, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic capacity.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Deep understanding of current AI trends and the foresight to anticipate technological shifts leading up to 2026.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical visions to non-technical stakeholders.
