Responsibilities
- Lead the Research & Development strategy for the '2026 Horizon' initiative, defining the core technological roadmap for the next decade.
- Architect scalable, secure, and futuristic software systems capable of handling next-generation data loads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding designers, data scientists, and product managersâto translate visionary concepts into executable technical specifications.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Computing, Edge Computing) and evaluate their potential for integration into our existing ecosystem.
- Mentor senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Oversee the deployment of high-impact technical pilots and ensure rigorous testing protocols are in place.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization technologies (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Proven track record of leading complex projects from concept to completion, demonstrating strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies and a demonstrated ability to foresee their impact on business operations.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
