Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for technology integration, identifying emerging trends to position Nexus Horizon as an industry leader.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design robust, high-performance architecture that supports next-gen applications and data processing.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Oversee research projects in AI, quantum computing, and neural interfaces, translating theoretical concepts into viable prototypes.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to ensure technical feasibility and market alignment.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for long-term investments.
- Process Optimization: Implement agile methodologies and DevOps best practices to accelerate development cycles and improve system reliability.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Tech Stack Proficiency: Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), microservices, and containerization (Docker/K8s).
- Emerging Tech Knowledge: Demonstrated interest and understanding of future technologies relevant to the 2026 horizon, including edge computing or advanced AI.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to mentor high-performing engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex architectural challenges.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
