- Innovation Leadership: Identify and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Web3, Edge Computing) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Technical Mentorship: Lead a team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive leadership and investors.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or technical product management.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- Future Tech Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks, blockchain technology, or quantum computing concepts.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to architect solutions for high-concurrency environments and edge computing scenarios.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
