Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technical vision for the 2026 roadmap, aligning with business objectives.
- Lead R&D initiatives to explore emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Edge Computing).
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems that can withstand future market demands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and Engineering leads.
- Establish technical standards, coding guidelines, and best practices for the organization.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Predict and mitigate potential technical risks in long-term projects.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical product leadership.
- Proven experience leading the strategy and development of major technical roadmaps.
- Deep expertise in Cloud Architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Microservices.
- Strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Engineering.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing large-scale distributed teams and agile methodologies.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
