Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for 2026, focusing on AGI, Quantum, and Advanced Robotics.
- Lead high-level research and development (R&D) initiatives to identify emerging tech trends and validate feasibility.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to translate business goals into technical strategies.
- Oversee the architecture of complex systems that integrate legacy infrastructure with futuristic solutions.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to drive innovation.
- Set technical standards and best practices for the engineering organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or technology strategy.
- Proven track record of leading teams in high-growth tech environments or R&D labs.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing principles.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a rapidly changing environment.
