Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Quantum Information Science
- 10+ years experience in complex system architecture and emerging tech integration
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, and distributed ledger systems
- Published research in IEEE Nature or top-tier AI/quantum journals
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Track record of launching scalable tech ecosystems with >$100M impact
- Security clearance or willingness to obtain government-level certification
