Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the company's long-term innovation strategy, specifically targeting breakthrough technologies for the 2026 roadmap.
- Trend Analysis: Continuously monitor global tech ecosystems to identify disruptive technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced AI, Biotech convergence) and assess their commercial viability.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a dedicated research and development squad to prototype concepts, ensuring they align with business goals and ethical standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex future scenarios to executive leadership and translate technical innovations into actionable business strategies.
- Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, product management, or R&D, with at least 3 years in a strategic innovation or futurist role.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Web3 protocols.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of translating long-term visions into feasible product roadmaps and project timelines.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire diverse teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
