- Establish innovation governance frameworks for ethical tech development
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budgets and stakeholder buy-in
- Present tech roadmaps to C-suite and board members
- Drive patent portfolios and IP strategy for future-proof solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation leadership, with 5+ in emerging tech (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products (min. 3 unicorn-scale projects)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Deep expertise in tech forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Strong network with global research institutions (MIT, CERN, etc.)
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA, CEIM)
- Experience scaling tech teams in high-growth environments
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals
