Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 strategic vision, aligning R&D goals with business objectives.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and designers to prototype and validate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, AR/VR).
- Identify disruptive trends and assess their potential impact on our product ecosystem.
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and technology startups.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or technical strategy leadership.
- Proven track record of leading innovation initiatives or managing R&D portfolios.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Computing.
- Strong strategic vision with the ability to translate high-level concepts into actionable technical strategies.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
