Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record launching at least 3 market-defining tech products
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, synthetic biology)
- MBA or Master's in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience building innovation pipelines in regulated industries (healthcare, finance)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
