Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in developing production-level quantum algorithms or neural interfaces
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance for autonomous systems
- Published research in Nature or Science journals on emerging technologies
- Experience leading global R&D teams with $10M+ budgets
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
