Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Develop and communicate the long-term technical vision for the 2026 roadmap, identifying key trends in AI, Quantum computing, and Edge technology.
- Architecture Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of high-scale, distributed systems that support our expanding product ecosystem.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and technical leads, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
- Technology Adoption: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, driving Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to production-ready solutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and business stakeholders to align technical strategy with business goals.
- Process Optimization: Streamline development workflows and establish best practices for scalable software engineering.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern programming languages (Python, Go, Rust).
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to anticipate future tech trends and apply them to solve complex business problems.
- Leadership: Strong track record of leading diverse, high-performing engineering teams through digital transformations.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
