Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product vision, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Research and prototype emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, Blockchain) to enhance product capabilities.
- Architecture Design: Lead the design of scalable, secure, and high-performance system architectures suitable for the 2026 era.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical roadblocks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product management with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), microservices, and modern programming languages (Python, Go, Rust).
