Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 technology roadmap with quantum/AI/sustainability focus
- Lead patent development (5+ annual) for breakthrough innovations
- Manage cross-disciplinary R&D teams of 8-12 specialists
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Present findings at global tech summits and publish industry whitepapers
- Drive sustainable tech integration across 15+ product lines
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with quantum/AI specialization
- 5+ patents in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to market
- Expertise in sustainable tech frameworks and ESG compliance
- Published research in IEEE/Nature journals preferred
