Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying emerging technologies (Quantum, Neuromorphic Computing) and integrating them into our architecture.
- Lead a team of elite engineers in building scalable, high-performance systems for predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with product management to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to next-generation cloud infrastructures optimized for 2026 standards.
- Conduct technical research and proof-of-concepts (POCs) for breakthrough AI models.
- Mentor junior staff and establish coding standards for the future of software engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Quantum Computing concepts and their potential application in commercial software.
- Experience with high-availability distributed systems and cloud-native architecture.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a rapidly evolving landscape.
