Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance technology solutions aligned with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Lead cross-functional teams in Research & Development to pioneer breakthrough technologies.
- Define and execute the technical vision, ensuring strict alignment with long-term business goals.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and excellence.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) and integrate them into the core ecosystem.
- Collaborate with product management to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive experience in software architecture, system design, and technical leadership.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects from concept to deployment.
- Deep expertise in Cloud Computing, Microservices, and Distributed Systems.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in agile environments and driving technical change.
