Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026, prioritizing AI integration, edge computing, and system scalability.
- System Architecture: Lead the architecture of complex, high-performance systems using next-gen cloud and containerization technologies.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence within the team.
- Innovation & Prototyping: Conduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) for emerging technologies, such as Generative AI and Quantum-ready algorithms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Process Improvement: Establish best practices for code quality, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps to accelerate delivery cycles.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, or technical leadership roles.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Cloud Mastery: Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading teams through digital transformation initiatives and emerging tech adoption.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
