What You Will Do
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying emerging tech trends such as Generative AI and Edge Computing early adoption.
- Architect scalable, high-performance software solutions that can handle projected data growth.
- Lead a team of senior engineers in the design and implementation of complex distributed systems.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate business goals into technical strategies.
- Conduct rigorous research and proof-of-concept validation for new technologies.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Oversee system security, scalability, and reliability across all cloud infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, and cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex digital transformations.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
