Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic technical vision for the 2026 Initiative, identifying emerging technologies such as AI agents and quantum-ready architectures.
- System Architecture: Design and implement resilient, scalable systems capable of handling next-gen data loads and real-time processing.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Technical Strategy: Evaluate and integrate bleeding-edge tools and frameworks that align with our long-term business goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for executives and investors.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Microservices, and Containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Futuristic Tech: Proven ability to work with AI/ML models, LLMs, and predictive analytics tools.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional track record of solving complex technical challenges and driving technical debt reduction.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence across cross-functional teams.
