Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies for 2026 market integration
- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning quantum computing, AI ethics, and Web3 adoption with business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to anticipate technological disruptions
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario modeling
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring innovation ROI and technology adoption velocity
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with vendor/partner ecosystem development
- Author thought leadership publications on future tech trends and their societal implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation with demonstrable 2026+ tech foresight
- Expertise in AI governance, quantum computing applications, or blockchain architecture
- Proven track record of launching at least two successful tech innovation initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, SWOT analysis)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystems and venture capital circles
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
