Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or emerging technology development with Fortune 500 experience

- Expertise in at least three of: AI governance, quantum computing, biotech convergence, or Web3 infrastructure
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Proficiency in strategic planning tools (e.g., scenario modeling, SWOT analysis, horizon scanning)
- Experience leading $10M+ tech transformation initiatives
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
