Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position InnovateX at the industry forefront
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future technologies into existing ecosystems
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Mentor junior team members on future-tech methodologies and best practices
- Monitor global tech policy developments and assess regulatory implications
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching future-focused tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
