Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- 10+ years in emerging tech strategy with 3+ years in quantum/AI domains
- Published research in Nature/Science on computational futurism
- Proven track record scaling tech startups to $100M+ valuations
- Deep understanding of ISO 20700 tech ethics standards
- Expertise in developing regulatory sandboxes for experimental tech
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit/Cirq)
