- Collaborate with VPs of Engineering and Product to integrate future technologies
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape assessments for emerging fields
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior strategists in future technology forecasting methodologies
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices across R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/AR)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized future-tech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Experience with patent analysis and intellectual strategy development
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech innovation ecosystems
- Presentation skills for executive audiences and industry conferences
