- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for emerging tech adoption (quantum, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis in nascent tech sectors
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI implementation and digital transformation
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor forums
- Mentor R&D teams on future-proofing technologies and prototyping
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic tech planning with 3+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching innovative tech products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, biotech, AGI, etc.)
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and venture capital audiences
- Strong background in ethical tech frameworks and responsible innovation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
