Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technological roadmaps aligning with global sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment in critical infrastructure
- Identify emerging tech trends through patent analysis and academic partnerships
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior researchers in future-focused innovation methodologies
- Secure $2M+ annual R&D funding through compelling investment proposals
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar peer-reviewed journals
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures from concept to market
- Expertise in quantum computing, neural networks, or biocomputing
- Certified Futurist (CF) from World Future Society
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for autonomous systems
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
