Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Conduct scenario planning for AI governance and ethical implementation
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (Web4, neuro interfaces, etc.)
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders quarterly
- Manage innovation lab budgets and vendor partnerships
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech lifecycle management
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, blockchain
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives to enterprise level
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong financial modeling for tech ROI analysis
- Certifications in cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure) preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or conferences
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps culture
