Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Systems Engineering
- Proven track record of scaling AI/quantum computing initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging tech standards (IEEE 2026, ISO 21400)
- Published thought leadership in Nature, Science, or MIT Tech Review
- Security clearance for sensitive R&D projects
