Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to develop 2026+ innovation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic technology initiatives and product launches
- Present technology strategies to stakeholders and secure $50M+ annual innovation budgets
- Identify and mitigate technical risks while ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory landscapes
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Mentor senior engineers and product managers on future-proof technology adoption
- Measure and report on ROI of strategic initiatives using KPIs and predictive analytics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching 3+ enterprise-scale tech products
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech domains
- Experience securing and managing $50M+ innovation budgets
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong proficiency in strategic frameworks (SWOT, Porter's Five Forces, etc.)
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with C-suite experience
