Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech fusion)
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives targeting 2026 market disruption
- Identify and evaluate breakthrough technologies through patent analysis and startup partnerships
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI deployment and human-machine collaboration
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Build and lead a multidisciplinary team of futurists and engineers
- Monitor global tech trends and geopolitical impacts on innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven 2026+ roadmap execution
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Demonstrated success in scaling tech ventures from prototype to market
