- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Secure $5M+ innovation grants from federal and private sources
- Publish whitepapers on sustainable tech adoption models
- Mentor emerging talent in future-focused disciplines
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Futuristics
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives
- Expertise in policy development for tech ethics
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/Go)
- Experience with EU AI Act compliance frameworks
