Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap for AI, quantum, and biotech domains
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with industry partners
- Analyze emerging tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify first-mover advantages
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members with data-backed insights
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to pilot deployment with KPI-driven milestones
- Drive thought leadership through white papers, patents, and industry conference keynotes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $10M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong network with venture capital and Fortune 500 innovation teams
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
