Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-ready technology roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen neural interfaces
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous decision systems
- Partner with Fortune 100 companies on 5G+6G infrastructure integration
- Drive patent portfolios for blockchain 3.0 and metaverse ecosystems
- Forecast societal impacts of biotech-nanotechnology fusion
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and government advisory boards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in emerging tech strategy with 3+ years post-quantum experience
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning
- Proven track record of scaling technology from concept to market
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act and US Algorithmic Accountability Act
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit modeling
- Fluency in at least two of: Mandarin, Arabic, or Swahili
