- Partner with product teams to integrate future-tech capabilities into core offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget allocation for 2026 innovation projects
- Build and mentor a high-performing future-tech incubation team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum computing initiatives
- Expertise in sustainability tech frameworks (ISO 14064, TCFD)
- Deep knowledge of Web3, metaverse, and spatial computing ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
- Prior IPO or unicorn-scale product launches
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
