- Conduct horizon-scanning for disruptive technologies and emerging market trends

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum initiatives in enterprise environments
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Deep expertise in emerging tech standards (ISO/IEC 23843, IEEE 2026 roadmap)
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
