Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs exploring quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI governance
- Develop patent strategies for emerging technologies with $50M+ R&D budget oversight
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future tech into enterprise transformation initiatives
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring technological adoption ROI and market disruption
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on future tech opportunities
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI systems to enterprise level
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with research publications
- Deep expertise in at least two: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or climate tech
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (NIST, IEEE standards)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex system interactions
- Public speaking experience at global tech conferences (e.g., Web Summit, CES)
