Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead AI/ML, quantum computing, and neurotech integration initiatives
- Conduct scenario planning for emerging tech disruptions (Web4.0, decentralized systems)
- Manage $10M+ R&D budget for prototyping next-gen solutions
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and board members quarterly
- Build and lead a 20-person innovation task force across global hubs
- Partner with MIT and Stanford on emerging tech research initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years at director/VP level
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Proven track record launching technologies with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in generative AI, blockchain, and human augmentation tech
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Japanese required
- Security clearance (Top Secret) desirable
