Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum-AI integration, blockchain infrastructure, and sustainable computing
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, ethicists, and domain experts in prototyping disruptive solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-machine collaboration
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and external stakeholders including UN tech councils
- Drive innovation through $2M annual R&D budget allocation and startup partnership initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership with demonstrated impact on future-focused initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major industry publications
- Experience scaling technology solutions from concept to global deployment
- Proven ability to navigate complex ethical and regulatory landscapes for emerging tech
- Certification in Future Studies or Technology Foresight (e.g., WFS, APF)
