Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and ethical AI frameworks
- Lead cross-functional prototyping sprints for next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Develop regulatory compliance frameworks for autonomous systems and decentralized networks
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and incubate 2026-disruptive startups
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and industry consortiums including IEEE and WEF
- Conduct horizon scanning for paradigm-shifting technologies in biotech and clean energy
- Mentor innovation fellows in emerging technology commercialization strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in emerging technology strategy with 5+ years in quantum/AI ethics
- Proven track record scaling technologies from concept to $100M+ market impact
- Deep expertise in regulatory landscapes (FDA, FCC, EU AI Act) for future tech
- Published thought leadership in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or Ethics with specialization in emerging tech
- Experience with decentralized governance models and DAO frameworks
- Certification in Quantum Computing (IBM/Qiskit) or AI Ethics (DeepMind)
- Portfolio of deployed technologies with measurable societal impact metrics
