Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling disruptive solutions (AI, quantum computing, AR/VR)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track ROI on future-focused projects
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Mentor talent in future technology adoption and strategic thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products (2018-2025)
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or emerging tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Experience scaling teams in high-growth tech environments
