Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year tech roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping futuristic solutions (VR/AR, autonomous systems)
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify market opportunities and competitive threats
- Develop sustainable technology frameworks for carbon-negative operations
- Collaborate with research institutions to accelerate quantum computing applications
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation sprints for next-gen human-machine interfaces
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven track record in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or advanced robotics systems
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (IEEE, ACM, or equivalent)
- Experience leading $50M+ digital transformation projects
- Strong background in sustainable technology and ESG frameworks
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Exceptional stakeholder management across C-suite to engineering teams
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Java, Rust preferred)
