Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruptions
- Lead R&D initiatives in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, and bio-integrated systems
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Manage innovation incubators for emerging technologies (AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough opportunities in next-gen tech
- Present strategic frameworks to investors and industry consortiums
- Establish governance protocols for autonomous systems and AI governance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership with future-focused projects
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar on emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling tech innovations from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI safety, neurotech, or climate tech
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Scenario Planning)
- Strong network with academic and industry innovation leaders
