Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of the 2026+ technology innovation roadmap, aligning with company vision and market trends
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, advanced AI, bio-integrated systems) for strategic implementation
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions with real-world impact
- Present technology strategies and roadmaps to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish cross-functional partnerships to integrate future technologies into product development
- Monitor global tech innovation ecosystems and competitor strategies to maintain competitive advantage
- Mentor a team of technology futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, AR/VR, sustainable tech)
